A Non-Refundable fee is required on all services. Appointments will not be secured until this has been paid. This fee will be deducted from the final chargeable amount. 

For any New Semi-Permanent treatment a weeks notice must be given due to appointment time required.
All other treatments, At least 72 hours is required to reschedule your appointment.
 

We can charge as a split payment - this is for you... to make the cost more affordable.  Please note the total cost is the total cost regardless of time taken to achieve the finished result.

Pacific Brows gives no guarantees that a new appointment time will be available should you cancel your Initial Treatment.
 
If a third treatment is required for semipermanent makeup a cover charge of £70 will occur and this appointment must be carried out within 2 months post top up date.
(This can be due to poor aftercare/Individuals skin or the overall look wanting to be achieved)
I am not responsible for offering a third treatment free of charge.

Patch testing can be done at any of our locations free of charge. Alternatively a patch test kit can be sent to your address free of charge.

If an initial appointment is required for semipermanent makeup  (which includes a patch test), should you wish to do so. The cost of the Initial Consultation is £35. Please book this if you wish to have a longer consultation and patch test before attending your Initial Treatment. This also includes stratch testing.

​You must not be pregnant in order to receive semipermanent makeup and please allow a minimum of 12 weeks post breastfeeding. Also note, No refund will be processed if you fall pregnant between your semipermanent makeup treatments. The Follow-Up Treatment will not be carried out. You will be required to re-book at a later date, at least 12 weeks after giving birth. Your treatment will NOT be refunded under any circumstance. No discount for re-booked appointments will be provided, unless given at the complete discretion by Pacific Brows.

Services are allowed to be declined if doctors documentation is not presented when required.

You must be prepared to heal for a minimum of 2 weeks when carrying out a semipermanent makeup treatment.
